Our Mentorship P.O.W.E.R. Curriculum (2025–2026) is built around our signature W.E.L.L. model — Work Ethic, Education, Leadership, and Life Skills — designed to prepare youth ages 12–17 for success in school, career, and personal growth. Each participant completes pre- and post screenings throughout the curriculum to assess individual strengths, set personal goals, and measure growth and program effectiveness. Through interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and community engagement, students develop essential life and workforce skills including professionalism, accountability, communication, and teamwork. The curriculum features résumé writing and interview preparation, college and career exploration, leadership and entrepreneurship training, and lessons on personal wellness, financial literacy, and community service. By the end of the program year, youth will have demonstrated measurable progress and will earn a Certificate of Completion, showcasing their readiness to lead, learn, and live W.E.L.L.
